We provide individual therapy and couples counseling (see more information below). Our specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?
IYes, we offer both in-person sessions at our office in Grand Forks, ND and secure Telehealth sessions via the SimplePractice platform.
How do I schedule my first appointment?

Where is your office located?
We are located at 2424 32nd Ave S Suite 102, Grand Forks, ND 58201. Our office is on the main floor of the Turning Point building.
What are your office's hours?
We are typically open 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept BlueCross BlueShield, Sanford, and HealthPartners.
What if I don't have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket?
We offer self-pay rates and can provide invoices if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
Therapy Process:
What can I expect during my first session?
During your intake session, your therapist will ask about your goals, symptoms, and history to better understand how to support you. It's a chance for you to ask questions and get to know your therapist.
How long are therapy sessions?
Individual therapy sessions typically last between 53-60 minutes.
How often should I attend therapy?
This varies by individual, but most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your therapist will help determine what's best for you.
How long will I need therapy?
Therapy duration depends on your goals and progress. Some people attend for a few months; others benefit from longer-term support.

Do you offer couples counseling?
Yes, we offer couples counseling on a self-pay/out-of-pocket basis. Please contact our office for rates.
Confidentiality and Safety:
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, your privacy is protected by law.
What should I do if I'm in crisis or need immediate help?
We are not a crisis center. If you are in danger or need urgent help, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also contact a crisis line such as the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
